However, if 45 days or more have passed since you placed your order, and your tracking information does not indicate delivery, you are eligible for a full refund, regardless of the circumstances. Why does it say "No shipments & orders found" when I attempt to track my order?

If you encounter this message, it's possible that your order is still in the process of being crafted and has not been dispatched. Our orders typically take 5-7 days to be created.
